Can I pause my service?

Sure! Pause up to two times per year, for a total period of 6 months per year. Great for reducing your costs if you’re only here seasonally and don’t have cameras or connected devices you want to leave activated. There’s a $45 fee to reactivate when you’re ready.

Are all plans available in all locations?

Our higher tier plans may not be available in all areas of the network, however we can look to build out additional capacity if desired. Speeds up to 150mbps are available in nearly all locations.

Can I setup autopay?

Yep! In fact all payments and plans are setup for autopay through our customer portal. We support credit or debit cards for autopay.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, and at any time. You can request to change your plan via our online portal or phone/email.

Do I need my own Wifi router?

It’s great if you have your own Wifi router. We offer high performance, mesh capable, routers for $10/month rent or $99 purchase, which can be configured at time of install. That price includes initial configuration. You can use one, or multiple of these routers to extend WiFi coverage around your home.

Any data caps or limits?

Nope! All yours, unlimited.
